After a long day of getting it done Faster. Safer. Easier you deserve a quick easy-to-make snack. Nothing is as refreshing as fresh fruits and vegetables so why not throw a bunch of them into the same bowl and eat them with some chips?
So now, to honor the many requests, here is the recipe for Patricia’s “Only Takes a Jiffy Three Coffin Mango Salsa”:
What you need:
3 diced ripe mangos
1 diced sweet seedless orange
1 diced jalapeño
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 juiced large lime (just need the juice)
¼ teaspoon salt (maybe a little more or a little less)
What you do:
Add the mango, orange, jalapeño, pepper, onion, and cilantro to a large colorful bowl. Drizzle with the lime juice and mix it up. Season to taste with the salt. For best flavor, let the salsa sit for a few minutes, maybe go take a quick swim and come back.
