Great quailty product.

It is the attachment made to screw onto the big pole. I'm looking forward to trying it.
I haven't used it yet but I think it will work well. The staff member I communicated with was very helpful.

Show Moret I purchased in 1990) and I think that I can comment even though I did not purchase thru Amazon. People who have problems obviously don't know how to attach the wand that clips on to the handle properly. There is one side that has a long sharp rigid edge and this has to be to the up side or, yes, it will disconnect and you will be frustrated. If you need a picture of how to put it together correctly, just ask and I'll go take a photo.
I just came in from cleaning 14 sets of windows (some of them 5' x 5') in about 35 minutes so I don't understand anyone saying that they can't be "efficient" with it's use. Yes, you swap the two pieces out (the swab wand and the squeegee) but this takes only a matter of seconds. If you don't like the swapping, buy two.
I used this ProDesign for about 20 years without problem. When the spring broke a few years ago, I contacted the company and they promptly replaced the entire handle for free. THAT was great customer service. I also replaced the squeegee once in 27 years. The one I use now is still fully flexible and does a perfect job with no tell-tale water left on the window. I anticipate that it will be good for many years to come.
My home has windows 2 1/2 stories up and I can reach with this attached to a long pole (don't remember where the pole came from and if i bought it from this company all those years ago). Even at that stretch, the unit is strong enough to put pressure on it to squeegee the windows perfectly. The swivel of the head is invaluable to me as I have 2nd story trapezoids.
Besides cleaning the windows on my home numerous times a year, I have used at at other peoples homes to reach their 2nd story windows. It is used a LOT. I congratulate the company on it's excellent product. I have not received any product or compensation for this review. I simply love it.

Clean Windows Like a Pro with the ProDesign Window Washing Kit!
The ProDesign window washing kit contains the tools you need to wash windows like a professional. The handle swivels 180° to assist in cleaning windows with difficult access easier than ordinary squeegee handles. Spring release design allows easy transition between the washer and squeegee. Tapered handle with finger grips for a comfortable grip when used by hand.
