How to replace the nylon end cap on Twist-Lok Extension Poles.

Take a drill to the two dimples on the end of the handle, those were holding the original end cap in place. Insert the end cap and tap it into the aluminum tube then drill the tubing. Next install a small screw to hold the end cap in place. Alternatively you can try using an industrial epoxy.
