Shipping Costs
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. The final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
The Mr. LongArm online store does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally. Please provide a reliable, physical address to accept your package delivery as we do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Return Policy
We accept online returns of new, unused items purchased directly from Mr. LongArm’s online store. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
If a return is necessary, please email us at [email protected]. We will provide you with an approval code and return address. Please note that we charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
