Easy Clean-Up
Water based paints and stains clean-up with soap and water. After washing, squeeze out all remaining water and let dry before next use.

These work well.
I use these for oil-based stain on my deck. They hold an ample amount of stain, so you’re not re-dipping too often. I clean them up with mineral spirits and can a couple uses out of them that way. The mineral spirits eventually softens up the adhesive that sticks the pad to the plastic and the pad starts to come off, and then they’re done.

Price and quality.
I like Thomson’s water seal, but I was using the wrong applicator (old paint rollers). I used this applicator and it cut the job into half and practically no waste. I also decided to try to clean it and it worked! After soap and water the pad is like new. Very happy with purchase.
