Easy Clean-Up
Woodmates deck staining pads can be used with either water-based or oil-based finishes. Clean-up with soap and water for water-based finishes. Use mineral spirits for oil-based finishes and follow up with soap and water. After washing, squeeze out all remaining water and let dry before next use.

Excellent product
Purchased to stain quarter round moldings – works really well. The pad is very absorbent – I only wet it with the paint stick I used to stir the stain with, and it gets enough to apply the stain. The plastic handle easily flexes to conform the pad to curved surfaces. Very pleased with this purchase.

Perfect for pine deck rails.
This was perfect for my pine deck rails, made quick work of what would have taken forever with a brush. I did the rails with one pad on a deck approximately 12×12. It was fraying (pieces coming off) on the edges by the time I finished, but it still worked just fine. Use a small paint roller tray dunk the pad in and then wipe excess off.
