What size are the threaded ends on your extension poles?
Our threaded ends are standard US 3/4 inch, 5 threads per inch.
Are all Mr. LongArm products made in the USA?
The majority of our products are Made in the USA with just a few exceptions. All products show the country of origin on their packaging and on the individual product pages on our website.
What is the difference between Alumiglass (6600 Series) and Pro-Lok (2300 Series) Extension Poles?
The only difference is that Alumiglass poles have a smooth fiberglass handle and Pro-Lok poles have a fluted fiberglass handle. This difference does not affect the operation or durability of the extension pole. The fluted handle provides a better grip than the smooth fiberglass handle when wet. Otherwise, it is a matter of personal preference.
My threaded end/locking mechanism/component piece broke, can I get a replacement?
Mr. LongArm replaces component parts for a small fee for the part plus handling, you will have to pay the shipping. Check our Replacement Parts tab to find your part or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-821-3508. You may also send us a message via our Contact Us Page and we’ll help you get your product back to working order!
How do you clean/change out the push buttons on 7500 and 7700 Series Extension Poles?
Insert the blade of a small screwdriver between the button and lock housing and gently pry the button upwards. Remove the diaphragm and pin, clean them if reusing. Clean up any dried paint inside and around the outside of the housing. Reinsert the diaphragm or place a new diaphragm into the seat. The pin should lock into one of the holes in the aluminum tube. Insert the button at a slight angle with the tab aligned with the guide slot inside the housing. Then press the edge of the button and it should snap into place. Order the button kit and instructions from Customer Service at 1-800-821-3508.

Mr. LongArm products can be found nationwide and in several other countries including in hardware stores, home centers, specialty paint stores, RV dealerships, janitorial/sanitary, industrial, safety, and electrical supply shops, and a many of other storefronts and online companies specializing in niche products. You may buy any Mr. LongArm product on our website. Please be aware that some of our longer extension poles will incur higher delivery charges.
What is the warranty on your products?
Mr. LongArm offers a 90 day Limited Warranty from defects on all of our products through the place of purchase. Contact your store and they should be able to assist you with an exchange/refund.
