The spotlight bulb changer attaches to an extension pole and allows the user to remove and replace spotlight bulbs quickly and easily. Instructions
Turn light switch to off and let bulb cool. Remove old bulb by carefully aligning the suction cup in center of bulb and push gently but firmly to form suction. Carefully unscrew bulb. To replace new bulb, reverse the above procedure, then carefully lift bulb and screw into socket. To release vacuum, pull down on extension pole to disengage pin and open the hole in the center of the cup releasing suction.

This product works great. I screwed the device on to a broomstick and used it as an extension and changed the light bulbs, it worked and was easy to use. It stayed attached to the bulb until I pulled it off. Easy to use, easy to remove, and replace bulbs.
