So now, to honor the many requests, here is the recipe for Patricia’s “Only Takes a Jiff Three Coffin Mango Salsa”
Ingredients:
- 3 diced ripe mangos
- 1 diced sweet seedless orange
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 diced jalapeño
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 juiced large lime (just need the juice)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (maybe a little more or a little less)
How to make Mango Salsa:
Add the mango, orange, jalapeño, pepper, onion, and cilantro to a large colorful bowl. Drizzle with the lime juice and mix it up. Season to taste with the salt. For best flavor, let the salsa sit for a few minutes, maybe go take a quick swim and come back.
